The registered capital is 4 million yuan, and the total investment of the project is 5.7 million yuan. The factory has built four automated fragrance production lines, purchased 2 mixing machines, 12 fragrance making machines, 3 polishing machines, 2 drying rooms, and 2 packaging machines. The process flow includes ingredients, powder screening, stirring, fragrance making, and finally drying to packaging. The annual production of environmentally friendly and smoke-free household incense reaches 2000 tons, with an expected profit and tax of about 5 million yuan, which can increase the employment opportunities of rural labor by 350 people. The products are sold to first level agents in Xiamen, Jiangsu, Henan, Northeast China, Jiexiu and other places.The factory construction and trial production in 2021 were both successful, with a fixed asset investment of over 4 million yuan and more than 200 packaging personnel arranged in rows. A total of over 1800 tons of orders were signed with customers, with a production cost of 8000 yuan per ton and a sales price of around 12000 yuan. The net profit per ton reached around 3000 yuan, and the sales trend was good.
